Test Information - Exam Scheduling

Applied Measurement Professionals Inc, (AMP) administers both the CFA and CST exams.

Once you receive your Authorization To Test (ATT) letter, you may contact Applied Measurement Professionals (AMP) by one of the following methods. Be prepared to confirm a date and location for testing and to provide your candidate identification number as your unique identification number

1. Schedule Online

The candidate may schedule an examination appointment online at any time by using AMP’s online scheduling service at www.goAMP.com. To use this service on our website, follow these easy steps:

Go to www.goAMP.com and select “Candidates.”
Follow the simple, step-by-step instructions to choose your examination program and schedule the examination.

2. Telephone Scheduling

Call AMP at 888-519-9901 to schedule an examination appointment. This toll-free number is answered from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

The examinations are administered by appointment only Monday through Saturday at 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Individuals are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

When the appointment is made, the candidate will be given a time to report to the Assessment Center. Please make a note of it since a confirmation letter will not be sent. The candidate will only be allowed to take the examination for which the appointment has been set for. No changes in examination type will be made at the Assessment Center. UNSCHEDULED CANDIDATES (WALK-INS) WILL NOT BE ADMITTED to the Assessment Center.

You should call to schedule a test as soon as you receive your Authorization to Test letter from NBSTSA, even if you do not want to test immediately. You must take the exam before the expiration date provided on your Authorization to Test letter or forfeit your exam fee.

Examination Day Reporting Time

Your specific reporting time will be given to you when you make your examination reservation. Please allow yourself sufficient time to find the test center. Make sure you have all necessary documents before you report for registration. Once you enter the H&R Block office, look for the signs indicating AMP Assessment Center check-in. Candidates who arrive late for their examination will forfeit their reservation. Persons excluded from testing because of lateness will be considered absent and will be charged the full examination fee.
